Hey, I’m Jef.

I've always been digging for the deeper meaning of life.

In 2005, an awakening rewired how I see everything. The divine light I witnessed in that moment never left. It's the foundation I stand on, and it's only gotten stronger. From there, I started learning energy work, perceiving the metaphysical, paying attention to the threads most people walk past or avoid entirely. What once seemed mysterious or mystical became ordinary.

The realizations kept coming, and they still do. I keep asking questions, and the universe delivers, with synchronicity like a shining beacon guiding me on this journey. My trust in spirit only keeps growing.

These years have shaped me into a husband, a father, a mentor, a student, and a servant to whoever shows up. Ashley is my wife and my co-pilot in this life, and I'm deeply grateful for her, for our kids, for the blessings that keep coming.

I've been a cook, bartender, server, moving my way into management, sales, mentoring, consulting, and leadership training. I realized that coaching and energy work is where it really clicked. I built from that, and Spiritual Escape Artist is what grew out of it. I help people connect the dots, uncover their truth, fuel their drive, and embrace the Light.

I live in flow and march to the beat of my own drum. When I'm not working, I'm outside, at the gym, on the course, listening to music, playing video games, or soaking up quality time with family. Peace, integrity, and style. This is my vibe.

The Way I See It

Spirituality is a personal journey. Nothing I say, or anyone says, should be taken at face value. Discover the truth for yourself. I'm here to hold space and point ~ everything I do directs you back to your own inner knowing.

The core of everything I know to be true is this: Love. Not conditional or emotional, but the infinite, divine kind ~ closer to what the Greeks called agape. Limitless at the root, this is the harmonic principle underneath, betwixt, before, and beyond all things. What people mean when they say God, or Source, or the Light.

That's where I start. That's where I always end up.

From there, everything else follows.

Spirit precedes the body, the mind, the story you've been carrying. Consciousness isn't something you have, it's what you are. Through spirit we meet each other at a level the thinking mind alone cannot reach.

And before all of it, closer than any of it, is right now.

Nothing is ever newer than now. It's always in the lead. If love is the source, then right now is the pillar erected on it. This is where substance lives. Everything else is memory, projection, or the story of us playing out in this prime eternal moment.

Strip away the limiting beliefs, the fears, the doubt, the accumulated weight of a world full of noise and misdirection, and what's left is the natural state of a child. Happy, curious, open, present. That is what you already are when you stop carrying what was never yours. A return to center.

Living from the now is what people mean by flow. It's what's left when you stop generating your own resistance.

If right now is what matters most, then time is your most valuable currency. I consider your time with me sacred.

Your words are quietly scripting the world you move through. They hold meaning. They shape how you see, how you're seen, and what becomes possible. The truth will always set you free, and we are all responsible for what we say and think. These words are the building blocks we call our belief system, they carry our identity, and with that how we see and interact with the world.

That's where ‘Spiritual Escape Artist’ comes from. Escaping the limiting beliefs and frameworks the world indoctrinated you with, and embracing your own truth. And it’s indeed an art, owned by no one.

I see a light in you. I see it in everyone. My only job here is to hold space for you to recognize it in yourself. When you begin to see what's genuinely yours versus the box the world put you in, something amazing happens. Clarity trickles in. Things start healing on their own. Weight lifts. The fire you forgot was yours starts to catch, and you finally start living the life you actually want and deserve.

I'm not here to fix you. You were never broken.
